We specialize in the area of Medical Role-Play, having spent over ten years working with medical staff from all disciplines. We now supply actors to over 30 cancer networks across the UK as well as hospices, universities and many other organizations involved in Medical care.

We also supply actors for training within business, education and other public sectors.

Role-play can be scary and if not done well can be damaging but it has still been proven with research to be the most effective way to teach communication skills. It is being used in most communication based training throughout the world. This is why it is very important to get it right and do it well.

Front Line has spent 8 years listening to the feedback of it clients to make sure we deliver the most effective and safe training possible.

We have a database of  150 actors based across the UK All the actors undergo specific training with Front Line Role-Play; they are mentored and given annual up-date on their training.

The actors are trained to deliver the most believable performance while never forgetting it is a learning experience for the participant and to giving unbiased and constructive feedback.
